Interdependence

Both business (large / small) and the residential communities are dependent upon each other for their sustainability and quality of life.  I strongly support a cooperative / balanced approach to setting public priorities (taxing levels / spending) that includes the neighborhoods, businesses and the surrounding jurisdictions.
